Ehem. I would like to thank to few readers who have contacted me to inquire about how to apply for the Cosway free pharmacy store. Really really appreciate it, as you guys kept me busy with appointments and meetings.  I used to hate appointments and meetings when I was working as engineer, but today I think these activities help me to keep my sanity in check. Haha. If not boleh mati kutu gua, dok rumah and tk jumpa new people or expand my network.

So, one of the reason that I love to do networking task is because I love meeting people, especially the new one. I don’t see it as a hard thing to do or as a burden.

Despite the fact that I love meet ups to discuss about business, there’s also a little problem with it. I would appreciate to those who wants to meet me or to attend for Cosway opportunity talk to contact and inform me in advance. Kindly inform me 3-4 days earlier as I’m actually a mother of two who “lintang pukang” at home to take care 2 growing kids (1 active toddler and a baby) without a helper. There’s a maid la, but maid tkleh harap and I don’t trust her to babysit my kids. Hence it’s really break my heart to decline any meet up request due to short notice.

So, to my future prospect I hope you can consider my situation and give me ample time to arrange for somebody to prepare my son for school as well as babysit my baby prior the discussion session. So, we can discuss comfortably without me rushing to go back home and later end the discussion prematurely.

Still…….if you keen to discuss but don’t really have time to come to Kelana Jaya to attend the talk session or to meet me to discuss the details, we can always discuss through Skype, Whatsapp and etc. Registration also can be done online, you just need to email/furnish me few details and I can take care from there already. So, the process is quite simple, don’t complicate it and don’t worry too much as information that I’ll share with you be it offline or online would always be the same. We can do online conference as well through any video chat apps or the best is Skype.

Here are list of time/period that I think I’m free for discussion but still I need to be inform 3-4 days earlier. So, I beg to all, please contact me and later we can arrange for the best time and day to meet.

• Weekdays, Monday to Friday – 8.30pm onwards (I prefer Tuesday and we can meet up at our office in Kelana Jaya)

• Weekdays, Monday to Friday – 2.00pm – 3.00pm only (strictly by early appointment only, nk kene minta my father in law tolong jaga baby, so I nk kene check his availability also)

• Weekend, Saturday & Sunday – 2.00 pm onwards (as long as you inform me in advance, I will try my best to meet my prospect during weekend)

Rainbow Pants!

Bought 4 of these pants for RM170 (murah kan?) The fourth colour is black and I’ve worn it twice

I ada masalah sakit nk pakai jeans sejak bersalin due to friction between skin (surgery scar) and fabric. Tapi disebabkan tk ada seluar lain sangat, I cuma ada jeans dan seluar mengandung, nak tak nak kena pakai juga la jeans. Tapi lama-lama mmg rasa tk selesa and sakit perit kt tempat pembedahan. Ingat nk cari seluar lain, I suka seluar yg warna warni or bercorak sbb tk la boring sgt, tapi susah nk cari yg jenis getah yg tkyah nk zip atau butang bagai. I nk cari yg sarung je sbb if ada zip dan butang nnt sakit kene parut pembedahan tu.

Seluar yg mcm yoga pants or cotton spandex or lycra tu I tk minat sgt, sbb tk berapa nk tahan lama dan nampak mcm santai atau nampak mcm seluar rumah sgt, coz sometime nk kene nampak well dressed juga especially bila jumpa my Cosway prospect.

Mmg susah nk cari, tapi weekend hari tu, masa jalan2 dating dgn husband, terjumpa kedai jual seluar yg mcm2 warna and the best thing it’s stretchable dan pinggang pon getah, tkder zip and butang. Memang sarung je. Wah happy gila. Satu masalahnya seluar tu skinny cutting, sebaik ada size sampai XXL, so i beli size yg paling besar tu jadi bila I pakai dia longgar tak ketat ikut shape and the salesgirl told me after 1-2 wash the size will expand lagi. Yay!

Harga sangat murah! I like. 2 for RM85. Murah kan? I beli 4. Hehe.

Happy Mother's Day

Don’t know what’s wrong with me. I forgot my husband’s birthday and didn’t prepare anything to celebrate his birthday. Usually, I would order a special cake and buy something for him. Tapi tahun ni terlupa gila2. I tersedar yang birthday dia only a few days before, dah too late kalau nk order cake or buy him present. Sbb I always with him, kalau nk keluar beli hadiah need to arrange time and someone to send me to the mall.

Then, I pon terlupa juga Mother’s Day. Haihhh. Seriously I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Too busy and too many things to remember perhaps. My husband surprised me with a gift last night and wish me Happy Mother’s Day. I was really surprise you know, till I can’t believe that the thing that he gave me was actually a gift. I thought cam apa resit apa la dalam envelope (yup , my husband has a weird habit, he likes to pass to me payment receipt every time after he pays for something) and it turned out that the thing inside in the envelope is a pair of earring. Lagi la haku ingat joke of the year kan.

A pair of earring? You got to me kidding me dear husband! Haha. I totally can’t believe it. Still thought that it was a joke. I mean…earring? I didn’t wear earring for almost a decade already! Haha. Lubang pon dah tk ada lagi.

When I open the case, and belek2. My mouth can’t stop saying…“apa ni?” “apa ni?”…….sbb sumpah mmg tkleh caya that beautiful swarovski thing is an earring. I almost thought that it was a cufflink. Hihi. Then my husband tengok2 my telinga, and tanya ada lagi ke lubang? I said no (at this moment confirm it is an earring..haha) Then I tried to wear it, but as I expected lubang telinga dah terkambus and I need to pierce my earlobe again.  Ahhh hate hate hate.

Anyway, I felt so touched since he remembered and willing to went through the hassle to order the earring from Hong Kong! Yup Hong Kong! Well…that’s another fact that really surprised me. Mungkin sebab dia tk tahu bila boleh beli hadiah tanpa I tahu yg he’s buying something for me, so he ordered the earring online and sent it to his office. I’m so touched ok, now I know la seorang engineering manager ada masa juga nk shopping online kt office eh? Haha.

I dh tahu bila nk pakai earring tu, can’t wait!

Last2 tk bergambar. Haha.

Hari Cuti Blog Sedunia

Lama tk blog eh? Sorry election punya pasal, habis hangin satu badan berhari2. Haha. Terus tkder mood nk update blog or do anything else. Sampaikan terpaksa tutup fb sbb tk boleh tahan asyik nk refresh je, so selasa hari tu, I pergi lepak dekat office group Cosway I. Sebaik dah ramai member kt Cosway tu, so leh lepak2, kt office ada free wifi pastu kt bawah ada kedai mamak, so mmg terbaek la kalau nk melepak hilangkan stress. At the same time boleh belajar dgn stockist2 cosway lain yg dh berjaya dapat juta2 sales.

I nk update pasal Tudung Lelasari, in sya Allah next entry ok. Now, rasa mcm nk lepak minum2 dengan husband kt luar. Yeahhhh…saya mmg kaki lepak, minum2 teh tarik kt kedai. So Malaysian kan? Heee.

Skang ni kene sebut Malaysian, tkleh sebut Malay ke Chinese ke…sensitive. Karang tk pasal2 kene label “racist”. Hihi. Adiossss.

Start a Franchise Business as Easy as ABC

Ever dream of having your own franchise store? Oh by the way, the above picture of Subway Restaurant is an example of franchise business and it got nothing to do with what I’m gonna write next. Ok let’s continue…

As we know to start a franchise business, there are a lotttttttt of things need to be considered. Things like…

• Start up capital, franchise business especially for famous brand required about RM200k toRM500k for start up capital. Do you have that much of money?
• If you don’t have it….end of story (unless you willing to apply for a bank loan) and if you do, do you dare enough to take the risk in investing such a big amount of money to do a business?
• How about operational cost? Who gonna pay for it? Rental? Rental deposit? Water bill? Electricity? Telephone? Internet? That’s mean more expenses need to be cost in before you could start.
• How about other shop facilities? Like CCTV, computer, cashier machine, tv (for ads display), air-condition, alarm system and etc. Who gonna provide it?
• How about renovation? Do you need to fork out your own money to do renovation? Oh NO! That would cost at least RM200k and above.
• How about staff? You need to hire few staff to help you run the store and pay their salary monthly.
• Do you have enough saving to sustain your business for at least 1 year with slow sales? As we know, business always takes time to be well develop
• How long do you need to wait for a breakeven? 1 year? 2 years? It depends on how well the business that you are running.
• How about licenses and authority thingy. Who gonna do it for you? Yeah, you have to go through the hassle to apply few types of licenses before you could really run the shop. Without licenses you can’t run the shop legally.
• Who gonna train you and your staff to run the shop? Is there any continuous training support from the company?
• How about stocks? Surely you need to fork out more money to fill your shop with products.
• Total cost to start a franchise business? Overall, it must be more than RM 1 million, roughly.

I believe there are many more aspects that you need to look into carefully before investing your money into franchise business. But I have something good to offer here. Ah ha? Like it already? What to know how to apply? There are only 4 important things that you need to fullfill to qualify for the free franchise store. Please be inform there are few more minor things that need to be done also but these 4 are the most important ones

• Capital -  you must at least have about RM5300 for start up capital. And RM10k for security deposit (but this you need to pay only after you get a shop, no need to pay immediately and it is refundable). You can actually earn income/bonus from network to get the RM10k. I can show you how. So, it is not necessary to use your own money.
• Networking – you must be willing to promote the business to friends or anyone who are also interested to own a shop. Recruit them and bring them to join your network. Networking must be done continuously even after you get a shop.
• Interview – when you have the money and your network is growing, in order to qualify for the shop you need to go through a screening session which is the interview. Notes and training is provided. So, no need to worry to much about the interview. It’s a simple chatting session actually.
• Full time – you must be able to take care or run the business full time for the first 3 months before you can rely on your staff. If it happens that you are still working but interested to try for the shop, I’m suggesting for you to apply for unpaid leave and try to run the shop first. If you think the business is a good and generates good income, then you can quit your job.
