Siapa punya birthday ni?

Things were bit chaotic. Imran was in a war trying to put Ichiro to sleep on the eve of his birthday, and few minutes before the clock strike 12 midnight, Ichiro presenting his dad with an advance birthday cake. Hihi. I can’t stop laughing at him while he was busy cleaning up Ichiro’s bottom.

Me: Sedap nampak “bday cake” u dear…

Him: Syadap lah.

It was already past 12 midnight, Ichiro still refuse to sleep. So, we just lighted up the candles, sang the birthday song and brought the cake into my room. Ichiro mata terus terbeliak bila tengok kek and lilin, so mmg tk der makna nk tido. Huhu. Therefore, kami pon bawak dia sekali to join our small birthday party. It was rather a short and very very small birthday occasion. Mmg style mcm gini every year utk semua family member. Pukul 12 tu semua dah ngantuk2, tapi still boleh makan kek I ordered the cake with macaroons from Ayesha, Bite Me blog. Thanks to Foxyfarah who introduced me to the cake and yeah the rainbow cake is indeed lovely. But, I think the icing and macaroons are too sweet for my liking. The cake and macaroons are fine and well done, sedap. It just that if I were to order more cakes from her in future, I would definitely request to her to reduce the sugar. Ehe. Kek mmg sedap, up to today dah tinggal 1/4 jer lagi.

To my beloved husband, it is always a wonderful experience being a wife to you. You treat me as your best friend, bring me along whenever you wanna hang out with your guy friends and even share your darkest secret with me. I appreciate it a lot and together we walk through the thick and thin of marriage and parenthood.Gambatte!

I’ve a prize presentation dinner to attend today at Alexis, The Gardens for the HP contest [read my entry about me winning the contest here]. My husband finally would gonna had the chance to get his hands on the machine. I’ve decided that he can’t use it yet tho since he failed to clean up our room as he promised earlier [he promised to do housekeeping to spare some space for the pc] and till today the room is still a total mess! I’m having a hard time looking for Ichiro whenever he plays in the room. Hope you can imagine how semak it is? mcm kene puting beliung.

He made a face whenever I nag and threatened him. That’s fine with me. He’s gonna realize how serious I am once the computer came into our possession soon later of today.

Apparently I need to calm myself, since I’ll be so eager to try the computer too! Hello! it’s the latest touchscreen computer by HP, how could I resist to that? Definitely cannot! Mainan Ichiro yg setakat guna bateri Ever Ready tu pon saya dah kemaruk nk mencuba, inikan pula a touchscreen computer! Tsk..

Maybe I can change the rules a bit to favor me. Hehe. The computer can be powered up and connected to internet, but sorry mr husband can’t use it. How’s that? Hmmm…it’s sound like a third degree crime to me since the computer is actually his and I got no rights to drive test the machine before him.

We gonna see how situation may fits later. For now, I keep thinking how HP touchscreen computer gonna beat Apple iMac? Oh wait am not really comparing “apple to apple” [no pun intended] iMac ain’t a touchscreen pc.

Neway, this gonna be the best birthday present ever for my husband. He’s gonna hit the big 3-0 on this coming labor day [1/5] so memang rezeki dia we get the computer few days earlier. Other siblings will chip in to buy an external hardisk 1 Terabyte for him. That would be a cool companion for his HP computer. And there’ll be a special cake for him too [which I ordered immediately after it made me drooling with saliva menjejes by just looking at its picture....pada suatu malam yg sepi]. Can’t wait to taste and camwhore with it…Hehe.

Hope the dinner ends early. I don’t really fancy posh dinner, not that I don’t know how to get along well with people and socializing among high society people just that, I am a low profile type of person, I prefer etika makan-makan yg lebih simple di mana people won’t laugh at you if you use a wrong spoon for the soup. Plus, Ichiro will not tag along so I hope we could rush back home soonest possible.

He got a new job! Yeah, finally hubster manage to secure himself a new job after attending series of interview sessions. Earlier he also being offered by another company and was thisssss close to accept the offer. Tapi entah macam mana hati tk sedap. Even though the salary offered somewhat tempting, but his god feeling told him not to.

As we know, things always happen for a reason. So, ada hikmah when he turned down the offer, as few days later, he being offered for a job that he has been longing for. He was so happy of course. Alhamdullilah.

He went for the interview in December and it was a walk in interview and there was like swarm of people wanna try their luck too. Which made Imran went to shi*, “how am gonna get the job?”…giler ramaiiii org. The wifey pulak dok asik call tanya bila nk sampai kampung, so he was kinda serabut gila. Thanks a lot to the wifey –> me. Not helping at all.

But hey, he did it. And he’s gonna start work in 1 month time. Hoping, the company will send him to Japan for training, because me and Ichiro nk itotttttt. Not sure la whether not the company will send him, but they did mention during the interview lah. Tapi itu tektik biasa nk attract org kerja, I was once being fooled by the same ploy. Huhuhu.

Apa husband I makan, I makan dan apa yg I makan, husband I makan. We kinda have similar taste. Sgt senang, bila masak dua-dua boleh makan.

Tapi kadang-kadang ada payahnya, bila berebut makanan yg sama. Kelmarin pergi OU , then we bought MCD chocotop ice cream. It was my idea actually, nk beli aiskerim tu but he paid for it la kan. Zaman-zaman bercenta dulu dia bayar , so sekarang kene la bayar jugak. Both of us mmg peminat ice-cream MCD. Walaupon sekarang we make a point not to eat fast food more than once in a month, tapi ice-cream tu cam terkecuali. Yeah, we do love the ice-cream. Sgt creamy and flavor bestest!

Tapi, mmg sejak dari dulu, everytime kami beli ice-cream tu, selalu beli satu jer. Walaupon tahu we end up akan berebut, tapi cam tetap akan beli satu sahaja. Kelmarin kami beli 1 juga. So, dalam perjalanan nk ke rumah munirah, masa driving kami berebut aiskerim tu.

Him: hey cepat la makan, tk aci ah I kene drive u sedap makan aiskerim
Me: Diam ah. U sabar sket boleh tak?
Me: I nk menikmati…chocooootop.
Me: chocotop…chocotop..chocotop (sebut berulang2 kali mcm radio rosak, sbb dah naik syeikh makan ice-cream)
Him: (hati panas tk boleh tahan, terus rampas ice-cream)

He loves to jilat-jilat ice-cream and buat mcm gunung. Me on the contrary, adalah pemusnah gunung itu. Hee. Dapat kat i, NGAP! habis gunung ada kesan gigi. Dan Imran mmg sangat menyampah kalau i buat cam tu. But nasib la kan.

Me: Cepat la sketttt…dh nk habis dah tu. Turn I pulak!
Him: U senyap sket boleh tak?
Me: Mana boleh senyap, I nk aiskerim.
Him: Ok u senyap utk 10 minit jer. Please.
Me: Helo! Kalau 10 minit habis laaaa aiskerim tuuuuu.
Him: That’s the point.

But then of course la dia kasik I makan kan, then lepas i dh makan puas-puas I pass balik aiskerim kt dia. Pastu dia cakap…ok jgn nk mintak-mintak lagi Ok? And the moment I nodded my head….terus dia…

NGAP!! masuk semua terus dalam mulut diaaaaa.

I was like…GULP! takder can nk pau sket lagi. caitttt.
