Ok kali ni I nk promote sambal cili ikan bilis yang dimasak oleh kakak saya. Sambal ni sesuai utk dibawa sebagai bekal masa travel ke luar negara, utk makan semasa sahur kalau malas nk masak, makan tghari kalau malas nk keluar makan dan nk makan di office sahaja. Pendek kata sesuai dimakan di mana sahaja dan pada bila-bila masa.

Kakak i dh buat sambal ni lama dah, dah banyak dah jual, cuma I tk berapa nk promote lagi dulu sbb rasanya belum kick lagi. Tapi hari tu masa raya, kakak bawak balik 4 packet yg 500gm each packet. Guess what? Empat-empat packet tu saya bedal. Dah la time pantang tkleh makan apa2 sgt, tapi ikan bilis boleh makan. Tu yg jadi makanan ruji. Makan dengan nasi, nasi himpit, roti or lemang oh maiiiii mmg terbaekkkkk.

Side effect kalau makan sambal ni ialah anda akan terpaksa makan dgn sangat banyak sbb terlampau sedap. Muahahahah. Jadi marilah order dgn saya sambal ni, 500gm = RM28 , 1kg = RM50. Saya cadangkan beli 1kg terus sbb berbaloi. Harga post plak ialah seperti berikut;

• pos laju semenanjung malaysia 1kg = RM10
• pos laju sarawak 500g = RM11
• pos laju sarawak 1kg = RM15
• pos laju sabah 500g = RM12
• pos laju sabah 1kg = RM17.50

Sebelum itu amaran, sambal ini sangat pedas (tk pedas tk sedap ok), so jgn bising lak nnt pedas ker apa ker, sbb i dh ckp siap2 sambal ni pedas. Lepas tu rasanya pada saya mmg sedap, tapi kalau saudara saudari makan dan rasa tk sedap, diharap jangan lah marah2 dan serang saya ok. Sbb, selera tekak masing2 berbeza ok. Mmg risiko kita beli apa2 makanan pon semua mcm tu, kalau pergi bazaar ramadhan pon, bukan kita tahu sedap tk sedap kan? Tapi kita beli gak. Ha cam tu la juga dgn beli makanan di internet. I pon pernah jer beli food tk sedap through facebook, tapi tkder plak nk pergi marah2 seller tu, sbb I tahu seller tu dah berusaha nk buat makanan yg terbaik, cuma selera manusia ni lain2.

Ok utk penghantaran pula, kita hantar sekali jer seminggu iaitu hari Isnin. Jadi kalau order hari isnin pon, kene tunggu hari Isnin minggu depannya utk post, sbb kita kumpul2 semua2 order dan masak sekaligus during weekend, sbb tkkan la nk masak 500gm jer setiap kali goreng, pengsan la mcm tu. Sambal ni sedap tk terkata sbb tkder sebarang food additives, preservative (pengawet) atau food colouring. Jadi rasa mmg mantap.

Jadi mari-mari order sambal cili resepi turun temurun keluarga encik dahlan. Dah rasa sekali, pasti nak berkali-kali!

We received a lot of orders for the apam (sangat laku utk jamuan hari raya), so we have good news for apam lovers that we gonna introduce 2 new designs for the apam soon , which I think most likely will be the “Angry Bird” and “Rainbow” , the current design Polkadot, Fern and Ladybug remain available , we’re just adding more selections

Alhamdullilah here are few more pictures of our most recent orders for Lonia. I don’t photograph all of the orders nowadays coz I think Lonia have quite many photos already to showcase what we can offer to our customers. So, normally I’ll just snap picture of our products which is new in terms of ideas, design or mould.

When we started our business last year we received a lot of small personal gift and also chocolate for party favors orders. And now as we our business grow matured, we start receiving a lot of inquiries and orders to cater for bigger event like wedding especially. Up to date we have done quite a few “wedding gift” / “hantaran” orders and I truly loving it. I love doing decorations , fact is am a craft people I love craft and always get stunned whenever am seeing something is beautifully crafted with hand.

This chocolate gift is for Ary actually.  A friend of hers ordered the chocs from me and when I passed the chocolate to her Ichiro pau both of the lollichocs (buttferly and hat lollichocs) . Isk.

My mother dulu pon buat hantaran, I used to sit next to her waiting for chocolate hantaran yang terlebih tk dpt nk masuk atas tray so akan masuk mulut I. Hehe. Tapi tk pernah pula terfikir I’ll continue her legacy in making modern chocolate hantaran Like biar benarrrr?? ( I rasa I dah tulis pasal ni banyak kali dah, takper abaikan…huhu)

Nnt I tulis pasal my weekend is sempat. Very seronokss sbb I dapat jumpa many blogger frens and also menggayakan Kurung Pahang from my Nilam Traditional series. Yeap kurung babe. I think baju melayu traditional is evergreen so why not I include it in my Nilam collection kan Stay tune for the write up.

It’s time to update my readers with Lonia’s recent orders. Hope you guys don’t get bored ok as I always attach pretty chocolates photos in my entry At least, if you don’t like to read my story, you can just enjoy the photos right? But if can, bacalah okay. Sbb penat wooo jadi night owl malam-malam utk update blog ni, ehe. Mmg memenatkan jadi blogger ni sebenarnya “saya penat, saya okay” …(hehehe, saper faham…faham lah yer)

Today is 5th day of 2011, we delivered about 4 orders already. Mostly are similar orders that you have seen we made previously, pretty standard. However, there’s one that I really like, it’s a special gift box ordered by Isma for her sister’s birthday. We actually kinda running out of ideas for chocolate combination and composition, but since Isma gave us 100% freedom to design the chocolates, I was thinking to try something different, not a new design tho, but a new combination I suppose

I told my sis, instead of using the oreo chocolate as center piece, why not this time we use a chocolate bar with lettering and a ladybug! Chocolate bar with lettering isn’t new to us since we have made some before, but with a ladybug on it….that’s consider new

Other than that, this special gift box is among the first that gets to try our new lolli chocs called Lolli Rainbow Candy. Obviously it’s a chocolate , candy is just a name…like the ladies rocker group “Candy” from Sabah (I think lah..) Reason being named as “rainbow” because it can be coloured with colors of rainbow. Yup semua 7 warna pon boleh. But since Isma requested Pink and Purple theme, so we stick to these 2 colors only.

Isma came to my house with her sister to pick up the chocolates. Adik dia muka dah monyok semacam because nobody wish her happy birthday and there was no celebration for her also, no cakes, no chocolates…just nothing. Mana la tak bengkek kan. But when Isma signaled to me to pass the chocolates to her sister, tiba-tiba itu muka monyok sudah berubah jadi bersinar-sinar. Hehe. She wasn’t expecting it and terus amik gambar dekat rumah I, and Ichiro pon terus lah enter frame. Tiba-tiba ada muka anak I dalam gambar. Hehe. Sorry la yer Isma anak I comot time u datang sbb tengah makan.

Hope Isma’s sister and the entire family love the chocolates. Happy Birthday Ella!

On similar note (about Lonia), here is a picture of Feena Manaf’s son. She bought 2 bottles of “chipoatmond” cookies and later told me that her son has took 1 bottle for himself and hide it in a secret place. Apparently, he doesn’t want to share the cookies with anyone else. I’m so glad to hear it, because kids only like to eat delicious and tasty food This is really a good testimonials I should say, hehe. To those who wants to order, and makan sampai lebam, price for Chipoatmond is RM38 per bottle and RM35 per bottle for every purchase of 3 bottles and above.

Ok ada pembetulan sket yer. Kepada penerima-penerima cookies percuma (ehe mcm apa jer), thousand apologies sbb saya tk dapat nk kasik percuma lagi, kalau nak juga boleh, tapi kene bayar sketlah RM10 utk setiap delivery. Hihihi. Acah jerrrrr. Kelakar tak?

Hehe..actually saya nk cakap cookies free mmg ada utk Lyana and Ain, tapi I thot mula-mula mcm nk kasik cookies yang my mom bekal kan utk I hari tu. But, then cookies tu I letak dalam plastik jer, ikat dengan getah, so mcm tk air tight so ada lemau sket lah, jadinya I tk sampai hati nk kasik yg itu (alasan sebenar ialah cookies telah habis dimakan oleh cookie monster..hehe)

Tapi mmg I am thinking to give fresh from oven punye cookies. Since last week, few friends of mine order 5 bottles of my mom’s chocolate chip cookies, so I thought that sure my mom can make some extra and I can give that as free sample. Tapi apa kan daya, cookies yg my mom buat cukup2 jer utk 5 balang tu. Ada extra sket jer, then tadi my sis pass la all the cookies yg dia bawak balik dari kampung. Tiba-tiba she said cookies yg dia put aside sket utk hamper yg client order tak cukup! I dgn berat hati menderma cookies yang my mom buat extra for me tu. Sob sob sob…

Panjang drama ni. Harap baca sampai habis. So, kesimpulannya now I don’t have any chocolate chip cookies for sample. But fret not, my mom dah janji nk buat lagi next week, so I can reserve some lah for myself. To those yang nk order, boleh juga, nnt bila I balik PJ I can bring all the cookies from kampung. Kalau nk order, order lah sekarang ok, sbb senang next week I boleh pick up dari my mom. Or kalau nk pos pon boleh lah. Tapi I tk sure harga pos. Harga is RM38 for about +/-500 g (per bottle)

Yg first batch order ni is RM35, tapi my mom quoted for 400 g jer. Bila buat cookies for 400 g balang tk boleh nk penuh. So, my mom sumbat sampai penuh and final weight is about 500 g lah. Harap-harap you all suka lah yer the cookies  ala famous amos my mom’s versio as much as I do. Seriously I think I’ve eaten too much cookies for the past few weeks.
