Lamaaaa dah tak buat photoshoot. The last one was for the prayer robe that I did in Ramadhan month of 2012. I was heavily pregnant back then and my leg and thigh was cramp due to too much movement in a day, I didn’t shoot any photo ever since. Now, it’s time to back to work :) Lama sangat dah berehat, my tudung new collection alhamdullilah dah release this week. Once laptop I yg masuk workshop repair, dah dapat balik, terus cepat2 buat editing works. I siap buat kerja2 editing and update blog at 4.00 am pagi selasa. Mmg mengantuk tk hingat!

As for the shooting, I’m still looking for the best place for shooting, so far I think Putrajaya Mosque is the nearest beautiful spot yang kiteorg senang nk pergi. I prefer mosque sbb normally when I shoot for tudung/scarf, I’ll shoot prayer robe/telekung sekali, so telekung mmg sesuai shoot diperkarangan masjid. For this time around, kami try shoot di Masjid As-Salam (masjid terapung puchong). Too bad masjid tu mcm tk berjaga sangat, kotor, habuk and dalam tasik tu banyak sampah. Masjid punya paint pon dah season.  I was a bit disappointed sbb I prefer tempat yg cantik yg senang nk shoot, tkyah nk adjust2 angle sangat or terpanjat sana sini utk dapat good shot, sbb we got no time for that. I prefer datang lokasi, siap2 pakai tudung semua and shoot in 2 hours time. Normally I’ll scout the place first tapi hari tu ronda2 i tkleh nk jumpa tempat yg senang nk shoot. Ada tu mmg ada but requires extra  effort and time. Model pon baru bersalin , bawak baby sekali utk breastfeed, i pon bawa baby and toddler yg lasak, jadi time is luxury to us. Kalau lama sket anak2 dah merengek, hence cannot nk spend too much time on photography and what not. So, I guess next shoot will be at Putrajaya la balik till we found another place yg nearest and beautiful.

Kali ini I shoot tudung baru and telekung berwarna. Telekung berwarna ada design baru, alhamdullilah telekung berwarna akan menjadi produk tetap Nilam Boutique KL, dan latest….. finallyyyyyy I dapat keluarkan tudung new collection, new style. Banyak halangan yg menyebabkan production jadi slow, kalau dah ada anak, mmg agak susah sket nk arrange time and work. I’m still working on it, now dah ada 2 anak mmg mencabar.

Okaylah ini pasal kedai hampir percuma eCo***y / Co***y (berdasarkan pengalaman lalu, I terpaksa tutup semua entry pasal Usana kerana isu2 commercial and policy, jadi utk kali ini kene lebih bijak sket, so I cannot write the full name of the company, tapi korang tahu kan?? kalau tk tahu or nk tahu nama sebenar company , sila tgk gambar hehe), agak penat juga sebenarnya to explain through chat or message pasal business ni especially when I need to handle 2 growing babies at the same time. But I try my best and so far semua masih terkawal (rasanya la ehe) Still within my control, but I was thinking also what will happen in future if too many inquiries come at the same time? Will I be able to reply all at urgent manner like I did when I was doing Usana business? Things are different now, I got to 2 growing kids in my care, so rasanya macam susah sedikit kali ni.

Jadinya, I rasa blog ini adalah medium perantara yang paling bagus, so siapa berminat boleh baca dulu info2 ada kt sini, then rasa berminat jer terus contact I ok. Untuk kali ini, I summarize everything in one list. So, senang you all baca apa yg perlu dibuat dan berapa duit yg diperlukan utk memohon kedai hampir percuma eCo***y / Co***y ini.

Ok tkyah nk meleret2, tips penting kalau kita nk berniaga mesti jangan meleret or meleleh ok. Ehe. Kena cepat, tepat dan jitu.

Bagi yang tk ada modal, I pon tkder cara la dear, mmg the amount kene disediakan oleh pihak you all. Dan I tk berani nk recommend you all buat loan ok, sbb kalau boleh janganlah berhutang dgn bank. Part networking plak, yang ni ramai liat, tak apa sbb normal orang tk suka buat. I pon tk paksa. Tapi kene fikir masak2 ok, kedai yang diberikan kepada you all sekiranya you all berjaya adalah bernilai hampir 1 Juta. Syarikat dah sediakan itu untuk kita, jadi utk menjadikannya win-win situation, kita kene la buat sales kan? Sales di sini bukan sahaja sales kedai (yg jual-jual barang tu) tetapi networking juga.Logik? I rasa logik. Brand pon dah terkenal, kita tk perlu susah payah nk memperkenalkan sangat lagi, sebut jer org dah tahu. Dan vip shopper semua dapat katalog setiap bulan, kalau ini perniagaan kita sendiri, modal semua kita sendiri, cuba kira-kira berapa jumlah kita kene belanja setiap bulan utk sediakan katalog? dan kos operasi kedai? dan masa diperuntukkan utk marketing? Sbb brand kita tk dikenali ramai lagi? Sesungguhnya membacanya pon dah terasa begitu azab kan? Hihi.

Contact I kt sini http://www.mrmrsimran.com/contact-us/

I kalau cerita pasal bisnes tk kisah lah kalau just cerita2 pengalaman berniaga ke, or peluang berniaga ke, mmg sangat seronok, sangat membuat I teruja, tapi terpaksa dikawal sbb kalau tk nanti entry panjang berjela. Hihi.

Ok TGIF! Yay!

Own a franchise store/pharmacy for FREE?

Me in one of Co***y/eCo***y Pharmacy in Kelana Jaya. Many other brands are also available besides co***y products. Love it!

Ok I exaggerate a bit, there’s no free lunch in this world. No …nada. But this one is close to free. Would you like to get a high end store, with nice ambiance and interior for  well…almost FREE? But in return you need to some tasks (it’s do able to those who have a very strong friends connection) and some initial capital. Not that much, it’s affordable.

I was introduced to eCo***y business ni last 2 weeks. When first being approached I wasn’t so interested, sbb Co***y, hehe rasa mcm tkder la minat sgt pon barang co***y, entah tatau la maybe minat sbb dulu pernah join as member tapi dh lama tk tgk katalog so jadi lupa dah la apa yg ada, yg ingat ada sabun basuh yg wangi n pekat tu je. Hehe. Lagipon masa tu muda remaja, so barang2 yg co***y jual takderla minat sgt, tapi ni dh jadi mak orang, haaa terus berubah. It’s true people change over time.

Supplement and vitamins section, there are blackmores and many other brands of supplement available

But then, when I was told that, dapat kedai yg ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh co***y dan kedai co***y sekarang dh boleh upgrade jadi farmasi. I mula la memancar2 minat kan. Sbb since semua cost ditanggung, itu sudah baik. Kalau tk laku tkder la panas hati sangat. Pastu sbb boleh apply for eCo***y farmasi. Wahh itu sudah best ok! Farmasi mcm guardian tu, kan best kan? I can shop in guardian for hours tau. Haha geram tengok barang2 banyak. So takder la just jual barang co***y, but boleh jual barang2 lain juga dan juga drugs (ubat-ubatan)

Drugs section, pharmacist is also provided by Co***y

Tapi masa tu tk berapa clear sgt sbb person yg introduce the business is in Penang, so she arranged for her leader to meet me. Sementara nk sampai hari appointment tu, I dah start research (sbb I mmg jenis tk sabar punya orang, semua yg kenal I tahu perangai I yg satu ni, buat semua benda mesti nk laju especially benda yg I suka or minat) So, kaji2 makin lama makin interesting. By that time I dah tahu dah apa tasks yg nk kene buat in order to qualify and ada kene letak capital sikit (ada risk sket kt sini sbb kalau tk qualify or tk perform tkleh dapat shop tu), but am willing to take the risk. Sbb, hello? mana ada investment tkder risk? Ada ke? Lagipon it’s not really bad lah, sbb from the capital money I can get tonnes of co***y products, bermacam jenis bukan just satu product jer sampai 10 pieces. Plus seriously the initial capital it’s not that expensive, no need to apply for personal loan and in return you get a high end shop yang boleh disentuh, that you can pass to your heir if you dah tanak the shop later on. Sweet.

For bigger store, 2 cashier station will be provided, complete with computer and POS software. RM200 being subsidize to every store for internet and phone billing. CCTV is also provided, that thing is actually hanged above and facing the cashier so I didn’t take any photo.

And bila dh register dapat katalog, phewww makin banyak barang co***y rupanya and the best part, semua benda yg kita guna hari2 cosway ada jual, and the best part lagi u beli, u dpt kupon, then boleh guna utk beli barang lain. Huhu.

So, it’s a good business, dapat shop yg tk perlu dah nk jerih perih promote kt org suruh dtg kedai, sbb sapa tk kenal co***y? Dah 30 tahun in business and barang co***y tk pernah tk laku. So what you think? I terus buat research lagi and calculate the chances and risk. But I dah quite determine to try. So, I’ve already registered myself as business owner and on my mission to get the free store. Ada org kata, ada hidden agenda. Betul! benda2 free ni mesti ada udang sebalik batu kan? I think yg people think hidden agenda tu is part task yg nk kene buat in order to qualify and chances to pass the interview. It’s not really hidden since we have been told upfront kene buat this and that, so sapa tanak tk yakin tkyah buat, nobody going to force you. You decide what you want for your life.

Organic products is also available for those who are health conscious

Section signage , attractive and neat

I attached herewith picture that I took from a new eCo***y pharmacy at Kelana Jaya, for you to know how the store looks like. It will be the same standard for all eCo***y store, so if you managed to get your own store in the future, more or less it will look like this.

Demonstration station for water filter/converter. Enjoy life demonstration in your store :)

Co***y products. Shampoo, beauty cream and etc. Everything in one store, co***y and non-co***y products. Come come shop here!

Here are some of the details. About the tasks you need to do in order to qualify for the shop, feel free to email me, so that we can discuss more personally, through skype or ym or facebook. Email me mrsimran[at]mrmrsimran[dot]com or click here http://www.mrmrsimran.com/contact-us/

  • Shop ambient is very soothing and high end. Air conditioned and if the area is wide enough for toilet and meeting room, you can have that in your store as well. But co***y store in the mall, is quite small hence no toilet or meeting room, maybe only store room is available.

  • eCo***y will pay 4 types of bonus and also direct profit income. Basic income you can get is 10% from monthly sales profit. Averagely, one eCo***y store’s sales profit is around 80-90k, so you can bring home RM8-RM9k a month from the shop at least. But that’s not including bonus from your network, so it would be more. In record minimum sales of eCo***y store in Malaysia is around 50k. Basically your income will not be static if your network is growing. If you earning is RM9k for the first month, don’t be surprise if your income increased to 6 figures in a year time. Yes it is proven possible.

  • 20-50 year old (if I’m not mistaken)
  • Can run the shop fulltime with assistant/staff at least for the first few months. After that, you are free to be at the shop at random period/time

Telekung berwarna untuk dijual!

Assalammualaikum, hi! It has been a month from my last post, I have many stories to write, but kinda lazy  and busy (good combo eyh?) and you know what..am not good at language either, be it Malay or English, am not good at expressing my feeling or voice out my opinion through word. Totally have no idea why did I choose to write a blog at the first place.

Well, it’s too late to reconsider whether to blog or not, I guess I just have to keep going till the day I die. Ok, that’s sound bit creepy. Hihi.

Introducing my second prince (2)

This entry is continuation of my earlier entry here.

So, on 27/7/2012 (7th Ramadan) I went to the hospital to deliver my baby. Was a bit hesitate to give birth via csect at the beginning, but said to myself…ahhh belasah. do it. once and for all. Nurses have been in and out from my room, to help me ready for the procedure.

Tukar baju, tukar kain and etc. Hubby looked steady and calm while waiting for me compared to last time when I was about to deliver my Ichiro. Well, that’s the different between csect and normal birth, husband didn’t look so mess up. Hohoho. But wait till you see his face when he wants to pay the bills…haha, not so calm I guess.

I hate baju hospital, it make me feels naked albeit the fact that I’m fully covered. Menyampah. So depa pasang CTG to my tummy, and I could hear the sound of the baby was very loud. Bising betul as what I remember it ain’t that loud, tapi kali ni mcm gila bising. Thought that the baby move actively inside, which caused the loud sound. But oh mannn..I was wrong.

The doctor came and was also curious why the CTG machine screaming like that…then bila check…the doctor’s face looks bit troubled, “oh dear..you are having contraction!, you tk rasa ker?”

…hmm no I don’t feel anything…

“You tak rasa ker perut tegang ker anything?”
“I rasalah tegang tu, tapi perut I ni mmg 24 jam tegang jer manjang. Hihih”

How do I tell it’s tegang contraction or tegang biasa kan? Manalah nk tahu. Ehe. Jadi, doktor pon cepat2 check kepala baby, unfortunately baby’s head didn’t engage as expected lah kan. So, doctor pon kata, ok it’s confirmed you need to undergo an operation.

So, itulah ceritanya, dari nk normal birth, terjadi csect, pastu ada harapan nk normal birth, then found out kene csect gak. Tapi at least, akhirnya I pergi ke OT tanpa rasa bersalah to myself, sbb mmg situasi yg memaksa I buat csect. Mmg tiada harapan utk normal birth.

On 27/2/2012, friday, 7th ramadan 1.17pm (senang tgk jam, sbb jam ada depan mata I masa kt OT) , first cry echoed in the OT as soon as my baby being taken out from my womb. Tak menyabar2 nk menagis. Ichiro dulu steady sket, tunggu few minutes baru dia menangis.

I love Prof Zawiyah, tak rasa suspen and takut sangat nk deliver. She even told my hubby, lepas 2 weeks dah boleh dah make another baby. What a jaw dropping statement from her. Hahah. Husband I sudah tentu geleng kepala sampai nk tercabut. Hahahaha.

Enjoy Dawud Kenji Azmi pictures, was taken on the 5th day of his life. About the name, kali ni kami mmg pening nk pilih nama. Apparently i cuma fikir satu nama jer utk baby, and dah digunakan utk nama my first son. Lepas tu dah tkder dah nk pikir2 nama. Tapi lepas tu fikir la jugak kan , karang tak bernama la plak, concept sama, nama klasik/arab + jepun + nama my father in law. So, fikir2, I cakap I nak Dawud sempena nama nabi daud tapi dari segi ejaan arab, i search kt internet ada “W” , since nk sama kan dgn Darwis kami pon letak la ejaan Dawud. I know husband sure tk reject nama dawud, sbb kawan baik dia nama dawud. Suka lah tu :P Kenji plak maksudnya anak kedua lelaki yg sihat dan kuat, dan Azmi adalah nama my father in law.

Sekian!
