Raya Hamper 2010 for Iena

Ok first of all, sila jangan muntah. I got another set of hamper photos, in need to publish it asap, sbb kalau simpan buat pekasam dalam pc, last-last nnt sure dah malas nk update. So, while am still in the mood utk edit and publish gambar chocolate, kindly bear with me ok. Because lepas raya wanna divide my attention to boutique pulak. Usana, Chocolate and Nilam , adalah seperti mau pitam. Huhuh, but certainly very satisfying nyah.

I made this hamper for Iena. She requested us to make 2 sets of hamper for her within her budget which is RM75 for a hamper. Hence, we changed the white carved wooden box to something less expensive but still looks nice thus, we settled with a traditional brown basket. Other than that, quantity for some of the chocolates also need to be reduce to meet Iena’s budget.

This time around, process of making the hamper was bit rough. Round basket is rather difficult to be accessorized and also I was having a tough time to arrange the goods in the basket. It was either too senget or too sempit and I can’t fully utilize the entire space in the basket actually because of the shape. Kalau bentuk 4 segi mmg senang nk susun barang, kalau bulat ni mmg boleh buat hilang pahala puasa time nk susun tu. Huhuhu.

But fret not, I berjaya la juga susun after letak some styrofoam utk jadi base, but still susah juga. Styrofoam tu just nk lift up the goods a bit, so tkderlah tenggelam dalam bakul, since the basket is quite deep.

The best part is always when I wanna decorate it with fresh flowers. Bahagia tengok bunga-bunga yg sejuk sbb baru keluar peti ais. Hehe. I bought daisies for Iena. Ada 2 colors since ada 2 basket, another one is a pink daisy, quite strong the pink, santekkk. Oh by the way, dekat rumah ni ada satu fridge lama, we don’t use it anymore. Small size fridge and very the vintage (read : karat but clean lah). Haha. Tapi dia punye sejuk….mmg terbaek ok. Letak air (not in the freezer) pon boleh beku. So, now that fridge became mine. Wahaha. Suka-suka hati. Tkderlah tk baik lah…I pinjam la sekejap, bila-bila I ada chocolate nk kene simpan, tk worry dah sbb dah ada fridge yg khas for it. Sbb all these while I tk simpan chocolate kt rumah I, sbb I don’t have a proper fridge for it. Harap – harap soon we can buy a chiller Aminnnn.
