Nilam Boutique in the making – Scarf Sample

I am now blogging from PJ, no longer in my hometown. We arrived at SS2 around 1 a.m last night. Lucky Ichiro didn’t wake up when we took him out from the car. He did wake up, but after that tidur dengan nyenyak semula. Kalau dia terbangun nk main, memang masak nk melayan.

I’m not fasting today and for the next 6 days or so. Sigh. Selamat Hari Raya to me. I was hoping nak puasa penuh but tk dapek la nampaknyer. Hurmm…my kepala sakit actually and I can’t sleep, will try again afterwards. I perasan yang I selalu sakit kepala when I think about somethings too hard and non-stop. Semalam I can’t help myself from thinking non-stop about how to style my scarf (yang fresh baru siap! yay!). The moment I design the scarf, of course I already had some ideas on how to wear it, but yesterday I was so excited as I discovered a new way to style the scarf and I guess I can actually pull many other style, I just need to do some creative thinking. Awesome!

Many had asked for the picture. Sabar yer kawan-kawan It’s not that I tak nak tunjuk, but thing is first sample yg baru siap semalam was made from material yg agak murah sedikit and it is black in color. Reason being as the tailor and me agreed that we should try to make the scarf with less expensive material dulu. If I kasik my chiffon silk yg harga berpuluh-puluh ringgit semeter and end up tk jadi, boleh nagis wooo. Hence, if I tunjuk gambar of the scarf in black color tu, it won’t do justice to the scarf. But of course, I will take pictures nnt, but itu utk I distribute to para-para ladies yg I dah select utk review my scarf on their blog nnt. So nk kene kasik sneak preview. Some of them dah tahu that they are chosen, some still I belum approach but they are in my honor list to try my Nilam scarf.

Mesti ada yg wondering…hari tu kata sample dah siap, ni sample apa plak lagi? Hmm well, yg hari tu sample scarf yg pertama actually dah siap halfway, done by other tailor yg back out. Then my current tailor ni just sambung sikit utk siapkan the old sample. So, yg sample kali ni, fully sewn by my current tailor kira my second complete sample. So, lepas I tengok mutu jahitan, discuss the price and gave some comments, I handed to her my precious chiffon silk. Hope it will turns out as good as the sample or even better also no harm

I plan to send bulk orders 10 days after raya nnt. Am not afraid to invest beli kain and jahit, walaupon I belum tahu demand macam mana, sbb my original intention design the scarf is actually for me. I yang sendiri nk pakai, so kalau tkder orang beli pon, no big deal sbb I will pakai So, no pressure at all.

But if you trust me and my creativity, book your colours now. Nnt masa I beli, I can order fabric ikut warna-warna kesukaan you all. But still, kalau warna tu I tk suka I tk beli. Muahahaha. Sbb nnt kalau u all tk suka scarf tu, I jugak yg akan pakai kan? So, kene beli color yg I suka. Hehe. Tapi jgn risau, I mmg tkder particular color yg I suka, sbb I love all kind of colors!

I have yet to price my scarf, but I think am gonna provide 2 range of price. Ada yang RM100 and above, ada yg below RM100 around RM70-80. Ikut jenis material ok.

Hahahah..sudahhhhh. Muka I mcm Arabian la plak…hihihi. Neway, I dah dapat customer , belum jual lagi dah ada org order u. Customer tu ialah mak i. She ordered black n white color. Hehe.
