How can a flawed iPhone be the best yet?

Well, I guess it is not a secret anymore that iPhone 4 having problem with its reception especially when the device being hold wrongly (according to Steve, “do not hold it that way” as if telling millions of people that they have been holding their phones “wrong” for years? ~ f.u.n.n.y). Apparently you can’t cup the device in your palm as the reception signal will drop tremendously due to metal band in which the antenna being placed covered by hand and fingers.

Apart from that, I could say that in my approximation (although I don’t own one yet), the iPhone 4 is still the best smartphone on the market right now. The combination of gorgeous new hardware, amazing display, upgraded cameras (main reason why am holding back from getting myself an iphone 3GS till now, the camera is no good, am looking for something that could replace my point and shoot camera in total, literally), solid and thinner body (in which make 3GS feels chubby in comparison) and major improvements to the operating system make this an extremely formidable package. Yes, there are still pain points that we want to see Apple to fix and hope that they could done it before iPhone 4 schedule to be arrived and sold in Malaysia.

Till now, am still not that sure whether not should I buy the phone once it is available, or should I continue to wait…again? oh no…

I’m so eager wanted to try the iPhone myself, but the flaws really bugging me…grrrrrr. Am so mad. So, how? Again, question is should I buy once it makes appearance in Malaysia  anytime soon? I’m pretty sure the problem with the connection got nothing to do with the software, it is the hardware! And it is beyond help, it can’t be fix unless Apple manufacture a new iPhone with a new hardware.

There’s another solution tho, it’s the bumpers (iPhone casing). The bumpers seem to be able to solve the problem but as usual similar to any other Apple products, it surely comes with a steep price tag. Huhu. But still…flaw is a flaw. It’s permanent! with or without bumpers..

Ok again, for the third time, should I buy it? Expecting our local line service provider (such as DIGI and Maxis) gonna open for the pre-order in August. It’s happening real soon and I still haven’t make up my mind yet. Whadda bummer. I hate when things like this happen. Potong stim!
