Despite of having weight “crisis” [so to speak], am here to offer another “lauk kampung” recipe for you guys [especially those yg malas nk baca resepi tapi prefer "tengok" resepi like myself]

Remember I ada publish “Resepi Masak Lemak Labu” here on this blog? This is my second entry utk resipi lauk kampung supaya satu hari nanti, when I or you need it, can just check it here under resepi kampung category ok.

So, to cut it short, here goes recipe “Masak Lemak Cili Api Rebung Campur Udang” or “Gulai Rebung Udang”. Worry not, my mom’s cooking mmg pureeeee nogori punye dish. So, do not hesitate to try the recipe yah.

I’m extremely particular, when it comes to lauk masak lemak cili api ni. Kalau dekat PJ, I can tell straight by just looking at the lauk, whether it’s good or not….you know things like cukup pedas ker tak, cukup pekat ker tak, cukup kunyit ker tak….

Tapi kalau rupa lauk tu mcm deceiving, mcm mula-mula nampak ok lah, tapi 2 kali tengok mcm tk ok plak, so..under that circumstances I might need to sniff a bit la the kuah. Normally for a tasty and well done gulai , I tell you bau dia…won’t lie punya. Percaya lah cakap I. Ehe.

Bahan-bahan

Udang
Rebung
Santan
Cili api
Kunyit
Pucuk ubi (optional)
Garam (tak ada dalam gambar, lupa nk amik)

Langkah Pertama

Masukkan cili-api yg dah dikisar , garam, kunyit (serbuk pon boleh) berserta rebung ke dalam periuk
Masukkan santan perahan yg cair dulu
Masakkan sehingga mendidih dan berbuih

Langkah Kedua

Setelah mendidih, masukkan udang dan pucuk ubi (tkder pucuk ubi pon tak apa, ini kira accessory jer, mak I insist..dia kata nk masuk blog kene letak pucuk ubi…whatever laaa..hihi )
Kacau, kalau kering sangat sampai susah nk kacau, boleh tambah air masak sikit

Terakhir sekali bila dah macam udang tu nk masak, masukkan santan perahan yg pekat dan kacau. Jgn berhenti kacau selagi lauk masih panas sbb nnt santan tu mcm berketul2 dan naik minyak. So, mcm lauk tk cantik and tk sedap. Pastu rasa garam cukup ker tidak. Kalau everything ok. Taraaaa dah siap!
