Kegel with Poise Fair

I received an invitation for Kegel with Poise Fair last week straight from the agent. I thought the invitation was exclusive for selected people only and didn’t aware that I can actually invite my frens to the event too! But, when I saw Hanz publish the flyer on her blog, I was like hey why didn’t I blog about it too?

Then I checked email from the agent and reread it;

Check this out and pass this on! Every woman should learn how to Kegel. It’s effective, discreet and helps a woman regain important control of a body part critical to her feminity. It also increases self-confidence and is cost effective for the general well-being of any woman in the long run.

See…I didn’t read the email carefully, stated there “Check this out and pass this on!”. I thought that the flyer has all the information already , so I didn’t bother to read everything else in the email. Haihhh. Well, I’ve already signed up to join the event.Kinda curious to know what is Kegel and how actually we can control our bladder to help manage urinary leakage. Have we done it wrongly? I thot mcm tahan-tahan kencing macam biasa tu dah betul dah. So, if you wanna check out the proper method, come join the Kegel organised by Poise Fair. Oh there’s also a goodie bag worth RM100! Cool.

I actually found your blog by google, and keen to know about the topic regarding KEGAL WITH POISE.

Im reporter from a chinese language health magazine under Life Publishers Berhad.

The main reason i contact you here is regarding this event which carry on 26July, would you like to share some opinion of you towards this event?Actually i have attended that day, but im too rushing, forget to interview the attended guests.
