		<description>betul2, semua benda yg kiter nk dpt, yg semua org inginkan bukan senang nk dapat. mcm nk masuk syurga, adakah senang? nk kaya senangkah? nk kurus, ya ampunnn mudah kah? kalau semua benda yg org nak adalah senang nk dpt, rasa nyer dunia ni tkder cabaran, semua kaya raya melangit kot. sampai kan org kaya2 tu tkder org nk hire jadi maid, so diaorg sendiri kene jadi maid. huhu.

oh stil amik HL eh? tu la abber pon cakap muna amik HL. tk kisah la amik apa pon, determination tu kene strong. hihi yg part try alatan jogging tu sgt eksyen ok. hihi sure dah ada muscle tear tu , tu yg sakit.

minggu ni baru nak start hidup sihat. petang2 ajak member jogging2, hihi. macam tak cukup kuota lagik untuk daily exercise tu pun, tapi takpe aa pelan2 laa kan. hari ni cuti sebab semalam tak ingat dunia bersenam guna alatan tepi track jogging. masa guna tuh cakap &quot;elehh takde effect pun mende ni. tengok aku buat laju2&quot;, malam2 terus sakit muscle2 kat peha, haha.

aku makan hl sekarang biasanya ganti sekali je, mujurrrr tak gain balik beberapa kilo yang terlost dulu, huhu.</description>
