I shed another kilo last week. My weight has been stagnant for the past 3 weeks but it didn’t terrify me because I know that it’s pretty normal. Despite of not shedding any kilos, I’d noticed that my body is actually getting smaller! I can now fit into my prenatal yoga pants!! Well, it’s no doubt that losing weight naturally always taking longer time than super fast diet pills. However it is really worth waiting. Natural means, it will adjust your weight to be proportionate with your body size and frame. This for sure will take sometimes. Am pretty confident that you don’t want an oversize boobs with a nice lean body right? So, give Usana Nutrimeal some times to work things out for you. What you need to do just…..drink the Nutrimeal twice a day! As simple as that. So far I’ve lost about 7 kilos in total. A reminder to myself, not to be too comfortable with my current weight as I’m still far from my target.

Talking about losing weight healthily and deliciously… well, since I’m taking the Nutrimeal shake for breakfast and lunch, I always want to reward myself with good food during dinner. So, makan malam adalah sangat dinanti and sangat puas hati makan bila satu hari sudah diet bukan? Sama macam perasaan ketika berbuka puasa.

In the course of scouting a new place to lepak and makan-makan in Kelana Jaya, my husband and I spotted a new chicken rice shop. The name of the shop was quite interesting “Nasi Ayam Periuk Besar” and we decided to give it a try.

I was looking for any sign of “periuk besar” as I entered the restaurant but to no avail. But anyhow, the premise is clean, comfy, nice ambient and complete with WIFI. I like the theme color as well. Orange is always rejuvenating.

Nasi Ayam Dot Mai

It’s actually our second time to dine in there. During our very first visit, I ordered “Nasi Ayam Panggang” and the taste was soooo good [my first choice was actually Nasi Ayam Dot Mai but it has been sold out at that time] I macam pelik sbb baru pukul 6 petang nasi tu dah habis. So, smlm I tried to order Nasi Ayam Dot Mai, nasib baik ada lagi. But bila kiterorg nk tapau another one, dah habis la pulak. Huhuh. Obviously, yg I order for myself tu adalah last kopek punye. Ehe.

The taste? Hmmmm….SETAPPPPPPP! No wonder laku mcm tiket bola manchester [bukan arsenal okay]..<—confirm tahun depan tk ajak dah datang open house ni. Dia ada rasa mcm rempah-rempah sket and I makan sampai tertumpah nasi atas meja. Hahaha buruk betulllll. Tk lama lepas tu, husband I pulak tercampak ayam atas lantai. Hahahaha. Kelakar. So tagline yg sesuai utk nasi ayam ini adalah..

“Sedap Sehingga Tercampak!”

we have the same diet plan! twice a day with Usana Nutrimeal, settle. and dinner is always something i look forward everyday too since dapat makan dgn husband kan hehe.

yup, makan dgn husband dan bergosip! my husband came with the idea to make the shake in full of 500ml. Just nice for breakfast and lunch. So i minum separuh-separuh. Easy! No need to bancuh 2 kali shake and no need to cuci shaker 2 kali.

Nasi Ayam Periuk Besar mmg sedap.1st kdai kt utare,Kedah(xsilap).Dkat kulim yg kmpung tmpt i kerja tu pon nsi ayam ni boleh hbis pukul 4 ptg start dr pkul 11pg die jual.Mmg superb.Kalo kt sane,beratur pilih part ayam mne kte nak n letak smbal mne kte suke.just lyan dri.mmg puas ati gler

aah..kedah area kulim siap 2 lg.belum msuk alor star(rasenye ade kot).tp..mmg byklah.mmg sdap.tp,kalo kat sane xdelah kdai kaler oren2 ni.kdai die biase2 jer.lg murah kot rasenye price die bnding ngan klane jaya(rm4.00 kalo kat kulim).kat kulim no flyers.hehehe..nak mkan beratur ambik ayam sendri..layan dri n ngap!!

oh eyh. layan diri eh. i see. my brother in law pon baru cakap smlm kt kulim ada. nnt try la yg kt KJ tu kedai dia baru lagi. I ada amik gambar kedai tu yg kaler oren, tapi dalam handphone my husband la gambar tu. nnt update kt sini

kt Kelana Mall yg dekat syed bistro tu. dia mmg mcm baru and kelana mall tu pon kan mcm baru jer nk aktif2 sket. nnt u gi sana makan mesti u tahu kenapa nasi n ayam kiterorg boleh tercampak. hehe.

One of my friend in Kepala Batas, Penang opened this Nasi Ayam Periuk Besar franchise. Sangatlah hangat sambutan penduduk area situ. He got lucky to secure the franchise for just RM50k.

At least 50 ekor ayam sehari sebab customer sangat ramai. Sometimes I heard he has to prepare up to 100 ekor ayam sehari. No wonder periuk besar.

itu la kan…mmg sgt hangat! ishh i salute la owner dia. hmmm i tgk kt flyers tu owner dia cam perempuan muda. anak tokey besar kot tu eh? 100 ekor ayam sehari?? wah ni dh bukan periuk besar..ni dh jadi kawah kenduri ni. hehe.

hahaha..sy org kulim..kedai yg 1st ujud kt sg kob mmg sedap.kt pekan kulim pn ada..area kulim saja ada 2 cawangan.nyam nyam (makan aym smpai tercampak ke lantai..punyala sedap dan x bleh tahan)
