My site was experiencing downtime last night. I was quite panic (regardless that I was in excited mode a moment before that sbb telah terbeli usana night renewal cream and nutritious creme masque online, haihhhh it is best for me to keep myself away from usana website, sbb mcm senang giler nk order online..tahu tahu jerr..eh eh dah terbeli??? – pura-pura terperanjat seperti biasa) as it’s never happened before. I pray that it won’t last long. Sbb kalau the problem persist haku adalah akan mengelupur and like tak tahu nk buat apa.

 

I always read comments/complains in outrageous tone from user about their server and hosting company. Sometimes it can be scary especially to those who really rely on website to make money. They are indeed losing money for every micro seconds whenever the server went down.

 

I used to use Malaysia Hosting 2u and I beg to those who are looking for hosting, do not ever consider this company. The support was suck big time and the way they entertain problems kinda lacking of knowledge. Even nk transfer domain and hosting pon took about a month time disebabkan service diaorg yg mcm cilaka ataupon sbb diaorg nih tak tahu apa-apa.

 

Believe it or not, I’ve even considering to log a police report when I failed and given up to get them to unlock the registrar thingy in order for me transfer everything to new hosting. I even thought that, that was one of their brilliant ploys to make me stay and continue using their hosting. No way! Enough is enough.

 

After long series of ticket after ticket, I managed to transfer my website to new hosting introduced by Chics.  Yeah, I know there’s no such thing call a perfect hosting without err and downtime. But DreamHost is close to it (as far as I know la, judging from my experience about a year using their service). The support team is very effective and not to mention friendly too. Sometimes I even get them to install widget for my wordpress which definitely is out of their scope of work. Huhu.

 

So, if you were to ask me for the best hosting, I’ll for sure recommend DreamHost. Price is a bit on the high end tho, well, it is worth to pay such amount for great hosting and support. Rather than have to pening-pening and histeria later sbb byk problem. Remember to host your domain on your own is not as same as using blogger/blogspot. Sbb kalau ada masalah, masak laaa kene selesaikan sendiri, tapi kalau guna blogger ker…ada masalah kau masih boleh bersuke ria tgk akademi fantasia sambil mengutuk-ngutuk budak AF yg ko tak suke.
