I think I need to buy new jeans, as there’s too much void space in the one that am wearing now. It used to be fitted..or skinny jeans or whateverr, but hmm it seemed dat its no longer ketat anymore. I didn’t lose weight but I guess I lost few centimeters especially around my hips and waist. Am still taking the HL milkshake everyday and drink it once a day as I think I just wanna maintain my weight but hey to lose few unexpected centimeters is a bonus okk! Imagine, it supposed to be a 3-quarter jeans, ok disebabkan haku ni rendang..dia dh jadi hmm tak berapa nk 3-quarter la….and nowww dia dah asik terlorot sampai dah cecah lantai..boleh? So it’s a good reason for me to buy a new jeans. Hubby won’t accuse me for just making up stuff to pursue my penchant for shopping. Ehe. Oh btw, Nazzra told me that she lost 2 kilos and 3cm (prolly at bontot or waist la) in 1 week after taking HL, so that’s another great news! (Plus the chic lit thingy…ehe, me heroin? Waaaaaaaaaaaa dats…dats dats awesomeeeeeeee)

Neway, why I didn’t lose weight but lost centimeters instead? Muaz told me that HL is a high protein milkshake, which helps to build muscle too. Therefore, as we all know muscle is heavier than body fats. So, even though you lose some weight but without you noticing at the same time your body in its way building up a strong muscle too, that’s why you‘ll lose inches or centimeters even if your weight remain same. (neway, ni tak sure la betul ke tak ok…sbb line mcm putus2 tadi masa cakap dgn muaz, so kalau salah harap dibetulkan..his voice not so clear nway..I cakap dgn muaz sampai 1 jam okk..Tapi merepek lagi byk dari informasi laa..I loikeeeee). And be careful with protein milk that being sold at gym center, as it’s tend to make you fat if you stop doing your gym routine. Okeh last night I did chat with chics and told her that I have yet to order da kapkek. Wpun haku yg introduce kt dia kapkek kak yong..tapi haku tk order lagi okkkkkkk. So mcm tk aci pon ada sbb chics order sampai 2 kotak tapi 2 hari dah habis! Apakahhh chics begitu hebat? Neway, am still searching ideas for the theme…he he he..Mcm nk buat theme b*gel…hahaha. Chics suruh letak gambar t*tek okkk. Tapi aisey tkleh la sbb I mcm nk kasik my parent in law makan…ada yg terkene renjatan nnt masa makan. Ehe. Neway kak yong nk ker buat kapkek porn? Dats another question laa. Heeeeeee. So just wait n see la my kapkek in January nnt okkk. Iz tolong pick up utk I ek!

And I just can’t wait to see Ary, Ida, Iz & Hanis (or maybe nina) this Saturday. We are having girls’ day out. So yeayyyyyyy!! And yes I do spell the name correctly. IDA prolly will tag along. Yeayyy. Its goonna be sooo funnn wif all da galsss. Since all of them are my deltaelle’s club member (except Hanis..tapi hari tu dia cakap nk join..so I consider..dia member jugak la) therefore am proud to announce that, this is da second deltaelle activitiy after futsal and it is call “kiraian comel”.
